   A: YES! After popular demand D.E.B is now WORLDWIDE. Please be advised, shipping fees may vary depending on your location.

   A: At this time all sales are final. This return policy is may be reviewed depending on the circumstance.

 

3. Q: How do I know what size to order?

   A: Check out our size guide on the product page. It should help you choose the right fit.

 

4. Q: Can I track my order?

   A: Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number.

 

5. Q: What payment methods do you accept?

   A: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

 

6. Q: How do I care for my new clothes?

   A: Each product comes with care instructions. Follow them to keep your clothes looking great. We recommend dry clean but, it's NOT necessary to keep clothes in mint condition.

 

7. Q: Are your clothes ethically made?

   A: Yes, we're committed to ethical practices. We work with factories that treat workers fairly.

 

8. Q: Do you have a physical store?

   A: We're an online-only store. This helps us keep our prices low for you.

 

9. Q: How often do you restock sold-out items?

   A: We aim to restock popular items as soon as possible. We accept preorders to keep up with the demand.

 

10. Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

    A: You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Contact our customer service ASAP.

 

11. Q: How long does shipping take?

    A: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, it takes 8 business days for sweat sets and 3 business days for other D.E.B apparel depending on demand.

 

12. Q: Do you offer free shipping?

    A: No, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are determined at check based upon the total weight and shipping distance of your items.

 

13. Q: Can I exchange an item for a different color or size?

    A: Unfortunately, we don't offer direct exchanges. Though, if you did not receive the correct product on our behalf we have no problem making amends!:)

 

14. Q: Are your clothes made from sustainable materials?

    A: We're committed to sustainability. Our t-shirts are made from eco-friendly materials.

 

15. Q: How can I contact customer support?

16. Q: Do you offer gift cards?

    A: At this time we do not offer gift cards.

 

17. Q: What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

    A: We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact our customer support team with photos of the damaged item, and we'll assist you with a replacement or refund.

 

18. Q: Can I use multiple discount codes on a single order?

    A: Unfortunately, only one discount code can be applied per order. Choose the one that offers the best savings for you.

    A: We currently operate Monday-Sunday 8am-10pm est.
